Refund policy

1. Time Frame

·       Exchanges: accepted within 7 days from the date of receiving your order.

·       Returns: accepted within 3 days from the date of receiving your order.

2. Product Condition

·       Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unused, with tags and in their original packaging.

·       A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

3. Exchange & Return Costs

·       The customer covers the costs in both cases.

·       Exchange: 30 SAR (inside and outside Riyadh). Outside Saudi Arabia: contact us for a quote.

·       Return: 30 SAR is deducted from the base product price; delivery fees are non-refundable.

·       These fees apply even if the order was placed under a free delivery/shipping offer.

4. Non-Returnable Items

·       Gift cards.

·       Personal care and beauty products.

·       Custom or personalized items.

5. Damaged or Wrong Items

·       Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

·       If the item is defective or wrong on our part, the store covers all costs and no fees apply to the customer.

6. Required Information

·       Customer name, Order number, Product name, an image of the product, and proof of purchase.

7. How to Initiate

1. Contact us via email or WhatsApp.

2. Provide the required information (see above).

3. Once approved, you'll receive return instructions.

4. For exchanges: we process your request and ship the replacement within the standard delivery time after receiving the returned item.

8. Refunds

·       Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll let you know if the refund is approved.

·       If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

·       It may take additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.

9. Additional Notes

·       We reserve the right to refuse any request that does not meet our policy.

·       Items sent back without a prior approved request will not be accepted.
