Return & exchange policy

The exchange or return must be within 3 days of receiving the order and only once

The product must be unused

It must be in the same original condition and the tag or stickers have not been removed

The product must come with its own bag and all its accessories

Providing a purchase invoice

The customer bears the costs of returning the product in the event of requesting an exchange or return

In the event of a return, only the value of the returned product will be refunded (without the delivery cost that was paid when delivering the order to the customer

There are no exchanges or returns for orders outside the Kingdom

If the customer wishes to cancel the order and the shipment has been delivered to the shipping company, the shipping fees will be deducted from the refund value

The amount will be returned within 15 working days of the request arriving at our headquarters. In the event of delay in depositing the amount, the customer will contact the bank.

Products that cannot be exchanged or returned:

Perfumes, socks, glasses and accessories in general

The customer has the right to request one request, either for exchange or return

Discounted products are not subject to return, only exchange

Submitting an exchange or return request can be done via WhatsApp only
