Return & exchange policy

Replacement or refund must be made within 3 days of receiving the order and only once.

The product must be unused.

It must be in its original condition and the tags and stickers must not have been removed.

The product must be in its bag and all accessories.

Provide purchase invoice

The customer bears the cost of returning the product in the event of a request for replacement or return.

In the event of a return, only the value of the returned product will be refunded (without the delivery cost that was paid when the order was delivered to the customer).

There is no exchange or return for orders outside the Kingdom.

If the customer wishes to cancel the order and the shipment has been delivered to the shipping company, the shipping fees will be deducted from the refunded value.

The amount will be refunded within 15 working days of the order arriving at our headquarters. In the event of a delay in depositing the amount, the customer must contact the bank.

Products that cannot be exchanged or returned:

Perfumes, socks, glasses and accessories in general

The customer has the right to request one replacement or refund.

Discounted products are not subject to return, only exchange.

The request for replacement or return must be submitted via WhatsApp only.

Points of sale are not responsible for replacement or return.
